1. Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible items. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Items that CAN be returned:
- Products in original, unused condition
- Items in original packaging with all tags and labels attached
- Products with all accessories and documentation included
- Defective or damaged items (reported within 48 hours of delivery)
- Wrong items shipped due to our error
Items that CANNOT be returned:
- Products that have been used, worn, or altered
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Hygiene-sensitive items (unless defective or damaged upon arrival)
- Clearance or final sale items (marked as non-returnable)
3. Return Process
Step 1: Contact Us
Email us at shadsly786@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Product name and reason for return
- Photos of the product (if defective or damaged)
Step 2: Return Authorization
We will review your request and provide return instructions within 24-48 hours. Do not ship items back without authorization.
Step 3: Ship the Item
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.
Step 4: Inspection
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item within 3-5 business days and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
4. Refund Process
Approved Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5-10 business days after approval
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued
- Bank processing may take an additional 3-7 business days
Refund Amount:
- Full refund for defective, damaged, or incorrect items
- Product cost only (shipping charges are non-refundable for change of mind returns)
- Return shipping costs are deducted from refund (unless item is defective or our error)
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product:
- Return the original item following our return process
- Place a new order for the desired item
This ensures faster processing and availability of your preferred item.
6. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product:
- Report within 48 hours of delivery by emailing shadsly786@gmail.com
- Include photos showing the defect or damage
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund (including shipping)
- Return shipping will be covered by us
7. Wrong Item Shipped
If we shipped the wrong item:

- We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped at no additional cost
- Return shipping for the wrong item will be covered by us
- You will receive the correct item or a full refund
8. Cancellations
Before Shipment:

- If the order hasn't been processed, we can cancel and issue a full refund
- Refund processing time: 5-10 business days
After Shipment:
- Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped
- You may refuse delivery or follow our standard return process once received
9. Non-Delivery or Lost Packages
If your order shows as delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Verify the delivery address on your order confirmation

- We will investigate with the shipping carrier
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
10. Return Shipping
Customer Responsibility:
- Change of mind returns: Customer pays return shipping
- Use a trackable shipping method
- Keep proof of shipment until refund is processed
Our Responsibility:
- Defective or damaged items: We cover return shipping
- Wrong item shipped: We cover return shipping
- We will provide a prepaid shipping label when applicable
11. Restocking Fee
We do not charge restocking fees for eligible returns in original condition.

- Products not in original condition or packaging

For customers in the United Arab Emirates:
- Same 7-day return window applies
- Return shipping costs may be higher due to international shipping
